At The Exceptional, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience across the UAE.
Delivery Within the UAE
We currently offer delivery to all Emirates within the UAE.
- Same day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before the daily cut off time
- Delivery within 2 to 3 working days for all other Emirates
- Orders are processed only for delivery addresses within the UAE
Orders placed outside working hours 9 AM to 8 PM or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, courier availability, or customer unavailability.
Scheduled Delivery Time Slots
During checkout, you may select a preferred delivery time slot based on availability.
- Delivery slots typically begin from 9 AM and may extend up to 11 PM, depending on location
- Orders placed before 8 PM may qualify for same day delivery in Dubai
- Orders placed after 8 PM will be scheduled for the next working day
Pre Order Items
Pre order products do not follow standard delivery timelines.
These items will be dispatched according to the expected release or availability date mentioned on the product page.
General Delivery Conditions
- All delivery times are estimates
- Orders are delivered daily except on UAE public holidays
- If an order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation, you may request a full refun
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and that the delivery location is accessible. Any special instructions should be shared in advance.
Our courier may attempt delivery up to three times; if unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery orders, if applicable, may include an additional delivery fee.
Bulky or Special Item Deliveries
Certain items may require special delivery arrangements.
- Our team may contact you to schedule a delivery date
- Access through hallways, doors, staircases, and elevators must be ensured
- A service elevator is required for deliveries above the first floor
If delivery cannot be completed, items may be stored free of charge for up to 30 days, after which the order may be cancelled.
The Exceptional is not responsible for delays or damages caused by limited access, customer instructions, or items not fitting into the delivery space.
Address Changes and Order Tracking
- Delivery address or date changes are possible only before dispatch
- Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made
- Delivery country cannot be changed under any circumstances
